5. Job Description / Responsibility:

Business development and build relationship with existing and new clients.

Excellent communication (both in English and Bangla) and organizational skills.

Ability to perform under pressure.

Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business.

Preparing Marketing Budget & Implement it efficiently.

Preparing Marketing Campaign & Strategy.

Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.

Maintain clientele database & follow instructions of immediate Manager.

Candidate will be responsible for the marketing of the company which sales Apartments and Land.

Candidate will be responsible for getting orders from Local or Foreign customers.

Candidate will be responsible for the marketing follow up.

6. Sale Target: Negotiable

7. Working Day & Hours: Saturday - Thursday, 10:00AM - 7:00PM

8. Educational Requirements:

MBA preferable (Major in Marketing)

Experienced candidate in relevant field with less or equivalent qualification may also apply.

9. Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year (Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply but experience will be added advantage).

10. The applicants should have experience in the following area:

Corporate Marketing, Customer Service, Market Research, Sales, Business Development.

11. Additional Requirements:

Age 20 to 30 years.

Both Males & Females are allowed to apply.

Excellent in English & Bengali writing.

Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
